it is a small custom git remote for friends and family, and it contains its own source code. the goal was basically to have a nicer ux than bare repos without turning it into a huge platform.
everything runs on Cloudflare infra: workers, R2 for blob storage and d1 for the database. currently it is running entirely on the workers free plan, which is honestly pretty awesome.
