Remember, books ARE SO important and transmit so much information that they are used and destroyed to feed the machine so others cannot use them, let that sink in, then you will see the issue with libraries.

Issue isn't with libraries. Issue is with pathological incentive systems rewarding the manufacturing of artificial scarcity, and the fact that pseudo-capitalist zealots cannot accept that maybe just maybe money is not normal should be the end objective of existence.

Does anyone else suspect that these companies are doing this for the bad PR, yes they destroy a few books. But then they can point to it to silence the copyright lawsuits, meanwhile they actually are ripping copies of Anna's Archive etc...
