Does anyone care about HR?

1•drguzman•33m ago
I am working on some HR tech that doesn't really exist today, but does HR matter? I mean it was just 10 years ago when HR was just starting to be measurable, not we have AI, automation, etc. But do founders, CEO's etc. truly care about the function? Is it possible for HR to truly sit at the table?
