Show HN: 3D Engine for Rust Programs

https://github.com/David-OConnor/graphics
2•the__alchemist•39m ago
I mostly stabilized the API for this 2 years ago. Since then, I've made occasional performance improvements, and feature additions. It's built to support my structural biology programs, but can be used generally.

I'm posting it here, as from what I understand, this is a surprisingly yet-to-be-developed space. This fits between lower-level tools (Which it relies upon) like WGPU or Vulkan bindings, and higher-level game engine and similar (e.g. Bevy).

Use case: Create programs written in Rust that integrate a UI (EGUI) with 3D. Suited for scientific, or general visuals.
