That's because it's really just not comparably impairing compared to alcohol and uppers.

On the other hand, the cardiovascular health effects, especially at the really high doses with high availability weren't predicted but are still a problem.

None of which changes the fact that putting people in jail for this was dumb and we shouldn't go back.

I’d be curious in a longitudinal study that collects data on cardiovascular health for those users when they’re also taking GLP-1s, which have shown to have protective properties around cardiovascular health.
