It is essentially a modified experience of Unsloth Studio, I think — the whole of the unsloth package is there so you can install the desktop app and later use the CLI or the headless studio API server.
You can also update unsloth from the desktop app, and bind to 0.0.0.0 from within it if you are e.g. using your LLM from a container/VM.
Mostly it is the Studio experience in a desktop app.
