Google Scholar profile shadowbanned (with no recourse)

My google scholar profile doesn't show up even in articles I authored. I have done everything suggested. However the profile is still only accessible only through the direct URL. No way to even contact google support over this. They claim (in chat) they don't support Scholar at all. Hope someone who has faced this or has ties to the google scholar team can help me resolve this
