Phoronix really is shitting the bed in the last few years. The update is there because he got called out not because CERN clarified. They never needed to it was pretty clear from everyone who did consume the original content by brain and not LLM. He also never replaces the headlines after he gets called out. I would really like to see phoronix banned on here it's basically a misinformation machine by now. A lot of it intentional especially the benchmarks.
