UltraCPP is a programming Language with the rust like safety and CPP like syntax.

I'm a PHD student but not in this major. However, I still want to dev more meaning things with help of LLMs. I need more collaborators, if one day I have to stop I want the UltraCPP can still alive if there are someones believe this IDEA.

Indeed It is not fulfill the regulations of the platform because there are no more meaningfull test suite can be run. Especially for the borrow-check like syntax.

I even wants to make more flexible syntax to do priority check if you have seen the 0.3.5 version language syntax.
