I was ordering the dietary catering myself, and I constantly needed to select some of the meals; it took a lot of energy, a lot of time, and a lot of cognitive load to select everything right to hit my goals in the gym, and with a busy schedule it was really on my nerves. And with catering, it doesn't matter whether I am on track with my goal or target nutrients (obviously it is my job to keep track of that); their job is over once I have paid them to deliver the food. And to find the target nutrients, sometimes you need to download the app and go through 4-5 layers of UI to reach the macro for a single meal.
So I got that people pay 350-600 USD per month (for Europe, that's a significant amount of money for the food), choose dishes by what sounds tasty, and still don't achieve what they are paying for.
So with that in mind I have built the app that basically fetches the menu and the macros directly from the connected caterers, analyzes it through AI harness and it automatically proposes swaps to the meals directly to the order based on the goal, weight and dietary preferences/allergies that the user can approve/disapprove, providing that the users don’t have to pick anything or count calories as they are already paying for the catering meals.
Currently, the app supports the top 3 caterers in Poland (Maczfit, Nice To Fit You, Kuchnia Vikinga). This covers maybe 70% of the market share, but my roadmap is to expand in Poland and to neighboring countries/USA; I am currently in the process of B2B outreach.
Happy to answer anything about the integration with caterers, the agent architecture or the goal of the app.
