I actually think this was the right decision by the judge.
But the real scandal for me (and advertisers should be more up in arms about this) is how we accidentally trigger so many ad clicks on Youtube mobile without actually touching the screen. What changes did Google make to how Android handles these edge-wrapping screens and touch sensing, together with their apps and how does that drive add click increases and charges to their advertising clients? They definitely juiced those stats and you can see it in their bottom line.
