If you are in a community that has any Meta glasses im pretty sure you have many other problems that should probably signal to youself its time to move on.

Good. It should always be obvious if you are being recorded. Legally I know you can be recorded in public but you would not react well to people pointing their camera phones at you all the time. This is no different, besides the form factor.
