when you are hiring a team for new projects or making changes to it. I expected obvious difficulties, like budget limits, or lots of ai bots, but let's say you invite strong developers you’ve worked with before, but if you need one or two more people, you start looking and a considerable amount of time passes.and it starts to seem to me that by the time a engineer has gone throughout the entire hiring process, they’re simply exhausted from that process alone.
