Not a fan of the new look, feels a bit too Ubuntu-y/GNOME-y for my liking. I prefer the classic look, it's functional and arguably more user-friendly - like the categorisation of apps in the launcher, which helps keeps apps organised and easy to discover for new users (yes I'm aware the new launcher has a menu category toggle, but this is disabled by default). There's also no reason for a gigantic icon-based launcher that fills up the entire screen, unless the display is a touchscreen. But then, there are far better touch-friendly UIs out there, so I don't get the point of this new launcher. Feels like change for the sake of change.
