SpartanX Solar lousy customer service

2•leoscanlon•44m ago
I cannot recommend SpartanX as a solar power partner. The package they put together was fair, but the service completely disappeared the minute the sales team left the project. There are elements of the installation that we question and cannot get answers for. There is damage to the roof tiles by the installer that was only discovered by a subsequent inspection. We are being billed by Pepco for service even though all inspections have passed and the interconnect is on. Pepco says they are not seeing any solar power from the array on our property. I have no access to the Qcells application because there is no account I can log in to. I have been trying to reach the project team for over a month, and I can't get past the call center. The message congratulating us for completing the interconnect includes the name of an employee "Ashley" who is "in a meeting" each of the 5 times I have called. The "scheduler" set a meeting to discuss these issues without asking if I could be available. We rescheduled, and I now have a text--from another employee--saying that the meeting has to be rescheduled. When I contacted the number in the text--you guessed it...the call center says "David" is not available.
