AgentLane: Git-native coordination for coding agents

the scale of the projects at my local hackathons have been increasing a lot since most people started using agents to generate code but i also found that collab was made a bit difficult because things can progress so fast and drift or agents don't work together well and overwrite each other's code or work with a different context. i put together a simple orchestrator that just uses git to manage the execution but after a bit more use i realised that it's more useful to me past hackathons and tried it out running multiple agents on my own project and it handled it unexpectedly nicely.

i already have my own workflow setup and the initial idea was to get random people who likely all have different workflows all aligned so intentionally wanted to leave out things like the harness. the coordination lives in an orphan branch and workers claim paths then execute on their work independently.
