Five Adani Group companies have settled SEBI proceedings arising from issues examined in connection with the Hindenburg Research report.
Adani Enterprises, Adani Total Gas, AWL Agri Business, Adani Green Energy, and Adani Energy Solutions paid a combined ₹1.508 crore (about US$157K, depending on the exchange rate).
The proceedings concerned alleged disclosure issues involving related-party transactions and audit/limited-review reports. The companies settled without admitting or denying the findings of fact or conclusions of law.
