I've really enjoyed and am quite proud on where this project has become. I started this 6 years ago and it's gone through many iterations to get to this point. This latest iteration of what you see if you click and view the page has been roughly 6 months of development and testing and tweaking. I recently had an overhaul to the graphics and UX so I considered that as something valid to share again with you all.

The tech stack is react, with tailwindcss and hosted on cloudflare. I learned a whole lot about page speed and optimization, because it was just about a month ago I got feedback that the website was slow- my FCP was 34 seconds on mobile! This time around it isn't my first rodeo, and I was able to learn some tricks like font subsetting, dynamic javascript imports, setting explicit heights/widths of images to prevent content shifts, among other things in order to get my page speed in the mid 90's. This may be old knowledge if you've done this before, but it's been a good journey and I'm using this project not only for my own purposes, but also to grow and learn more about pieces of web development I never considered before.

It's not AI, and it's been a labor of love.
