I built Fullpage Screenshot because I wanted to capture a whole webpage and mark it up without paying to unlock the editor. GoFullPage offers annotation through Premium; this extension includes crop, arrows, shapes, text, pen, and solid redaction for free. No accounts and nothing ever leaves your computer.
