Is there word or term for $Trillion valued companies not having perfect UI?

This is about all top labs. UI is buggy, in several places, same bugs are there for months already. What does this mean for unlimited AI token budget and AGI ? is there a word or term for this type of product or is this just too much eating your own dog food ?
