I recently shared this demo on twitter and received a tremendously positive response, so I figured I'd share it here too.

The idea is to combine the best of both traditional WMs with tiling ones by allowing you to create recursive layouts you can zoom into.

I spent the past few days wrapping it up in a web framework you can try in your own apps: trellisUI.com
