I have been working on this for a while. It’s a local-first AI runtime or harness with TUI, API and CLI, and uses no AI framework. Nine runs tools in-process in Wasm with capability grants, or in MCP, or as native plugins. It deploys as a single binary go application or a Docker container. Built over 9 months (yes, with Claude and Mistral). It is not perfect and I will continue improving it. Maybe it can be useful to you.
