This depends somewhat on the status of your project. Something like Debian already has a massive user and contributor base and is for the time being in no risk of disappearing.

There is however an opportunity cost for projects that are on the smaller side or on a declining trajectory where they might lose out on the feature front (note, not quality, probably) to projects that embrace LLM contributions.
