I run a private mail sending service for US prisons, I print and deliver mail according to clients requirement. It was a win-win situation for both me and my customers as I was about to help them for a genuine sitation and they were happy because they could avoid the hassle of goint through an unknown process themselves, but not with so much scanning it's impossible to send
