Show HN: Cold B2B email should be free (FlyHedwig)

https://flyhedwig.com
1•gabceboli•50m ago
Until recently I didn't understand what cold email really was and I accepted its price as one of those "it is what it is" things.

But exploring the topic, I realised that there is no reason someone should have to pay for cold email, so I built FlyHedwig.

With FlyHedwig you can manage hundreds of email addresses, schedule sending times, import lists, get stats... all the good stuff. Ah, and it's got some cool AI-classification and draft built in.

If you work with cold email, I'd love to hear your thoughts! And if you like the project, as it's OSS, starring it would help it reach more people and encourage me to continue to improve it!

I'm curious, what would your dream cold email tool do?
ungreased0675•44m ago
I’d like to take away internet access from people who build tools like this.
gabceboli•38m ago
Hey ungreased, human here, trying to add value by open sourcing a tool people pay for (yes, B2B email management tools have existed for a while).
gabceboli•30m ago
To make it clear after ungreased's comment, the point of the project is to help people that already handle email campaigns, especially small entrepreneurs, do it for free, and this is not a commercial product (it's free or 100% available at https://github.com/gabrilator/hedwig)
