Maybe not for individuals. You are fighting regular trash and composting. What’s the problem you want to solve, and who have you talked to about their food waste problems? I would hit restaurants, public schools, universities, prisons, any institution that has large scale food programs and see what they say. Be aware that regulations in the US severely restrict what can be done w food waste, so looking at the regs first and getting familiar with them will help you find advocates in the industry.
