Around 2010-2012, at the peak of the Vocaloid boom, I made music videos for a Vocaloid producer. I skipped university for days to edit videos, and it was honestly the most fulfilling time of my life. Lately Vocaloid songs seem to be showing up on YouTube again, so I thought now was the time to give something back. I built it together with Claude Code.
In my opinion, Vocaloid is mainly about the songs, not the videos. But there aren't many services focused on the songs. YouTube and Niconico are video services. YouTube Music mixes covers and unauthorized reuploads in with the originals, and its search isn't great, so it's hard to reach the song you want among the huge number of Vocaloid songs.
Features:
- Browse by voicebank, year, or producer
- Favorite songs and producers (sign in with Google to sync across devices)
- Continuous play, shuffle, and radio
- A picture-in-picture-like mini player
- Sleep timer
- Both YouTube and Niconico
- Add to home screen to use it as an app (Android, iOS, PC)
- Theme colors based on Vocaloid characters
Because of technical limits, background playback and continuous Niconico playback on iOS Safari are hard to support.
As of October 2026 there are about 30,000 songs, 800 producers, and 700 singers, and I add more every week. It's completely free. If a song you're looking for is missing, let me know.
English isn't my first language, so I wrote this in Japanese and used AI to translate it.
