I'm not in need of a website, but you may want to look around your local area. Check Google maps near you for businesses that don't have a website, there are probably a lot of them. Reach out to them and offer to make them a website. You get experience and they can reach new customers. The can also help you learn some sales skills as well.

Just make sure you sort out how you're going to host these websites for free as well, otherwise you're going to offer them something for free, then tell them they need to pay a hosting bill, which would end up feeling like a scam.
