Agent Desk is a local macOS app which allows you to browse your sessions across all top coding agents - Claude code, cursor, codex, github copilot, Kiro, Antigravity. You can find sessions by your projects, revisit those conversations, understand and inspect your entire harness - rules, skills, hooks, subagents.

Session Intelligence is a go library which helps structure and analyse your session transcripts using your own LLM. It can help understand missing context, repeated corrections, if session reached its goal and where is effort being wasted. It can also surface leaked credentials and PII.

Both are MIT-licensed.
You can also combine both together and understanding your agent steering habits better.
Excited about the community using it.

- I use a skill for most of this, though I do have a small go program I use to render sessions as markdown. What advantages do you see to moving or abstracting more of that into a dedicated tool?
- nit, why is a Go binary being distributed via npm, generally the instructions in the readme are sloppy / a mix of various ways to run it, raises concerns of vibe coded / does anyone actually know what's in there
