Auto-exist – Flow-state induction via raw mouse input (a biohacking experiment)

2•rejabusafint•1h ago
I spent a lot of time analyzing motor execution, hand tension, and focus degradation during continuous mouse work and gaming. I realized that conscious micro-adjustments cause fatigue and pull you out of focus. To solve this, I developed a technique called "auto-exist" to minimize conscious intervention during mouse usage. I built Intend System to test whether pointer movement could become completely subconscious right from the start. It worked—the core click task is driven by the subconscious from the very beginning, making the movement feel mostly automated. The best part is that you feel the game is being auto-played by the app, effortlessly locking you into a deep flow-state. (For those unfamiliar: Flow-state is a mental zone of peak focus where overthinking stops, reactions become effortless reflexes, and complex actions no longer drain your mental energy. Because no 100% reliable method currently exists to enter flow-state on demand, I built this protocol around mouse mechanics—this was only possible because the mouse can be used as a precision tool when pointer acceleration is disabled, creating a 1-to-1 interface capable of consistently triggering a drawing artist-like flow-state with hand-eye coordination at its peak.) Here is how the mechanics work: Closed-Loop Control: The "auto-exist" method which I teach in the software functions like a closed-loop control system with continuous destination feedback, following the concept of Wu-Wei ("do nothing"). The pointer constantly tries to "exist" at the target, offloading movement execution entirely to the subconscious mind. This makes the pointer movement subconscious. The second part which is subconscious is the target selection. This is achieved by having multiple options in the click task at all times. This makes the subconscious choose the next target as well. By automating these two things, the game feels like it is being auto-played by the app (because conscious effort to move the mouse has been removed). Optimal Flow-State Matching: Through dynamic speed adjustments (driven by your subconscious mind setting the click rate) in the click task, challenge matches skill—the click rate continuously matches your subconscious skill level across ~3,000 targets. This is what helps to enter flow-state. Strain Reduction: Combined with raw input control (pointer acceleration/enhance pointer precision turned off), this reliably triggers a deep flow-state in roughly 15 to 23 minutes while dramatically lowering hand and forearm strain. Early Validation: The protocol has already been tested across 5 users with consistently positive feedback—specifically around rapid flow-state induction, motor fatigue reduction, improvement in aim, and a distinct euphoric surge (suggestive of flow-induced dopamine release, though not yet clinically measured). I released a free demo app on Steam to let people test the protocol for themselves: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5024600/Intend_System/ (Note: I also have full version access available for testers—feel free to drop or share your email if you'd like me to add access.) The demo version has a session limit, but running two sessions back-to-back hits the ~15–23 minute threshold required to trigger this flow-state. There are two aim tests, one before the core task and one after to show proof for improved aim during flow-state. Because this process removes conscious mind interference (Transient Hypofrontality), the resulting flow-state carries over to other tasks—such as keyboard work or similar motor activities. The more you use the tool, the more aim-skilled you become, making it progressively easier to enter a flow-state on demand. Happy to answer any questions about the setup. Would love to know if anyone else has experimented with subconscious targeting or similar motor protocols.
