I follow this guy's videos, and especially appreciate the geeky F1 cheating accusation parody videos. Came across his story here. My summary is:
- hackers got into his Meta business account
- they changed bank info to their own bank and stole $11k
- Meta locked the account
- Meta refuses to allow the original owner back into the account, because he cannot verify that his bank details match the account bank details (which belong to the hackers)
- He's spent ~45 days and dozens of hours with support which has refused to help multiple times
He's asking if anyone can help get this escalated within Meta.
