Scribbles started as a guestbook and evolved into a drawing tool with a gallery for visitors' artwork. The idea is to create a place to draw a quick doodle without signing up and show off contributions, silly or serious. The canvas is in your web browser, and you can save your drawing as well as send it to me if you want to. I approve every submission before it goes in the gallery. Instead of having user accounts, visitors get a receipt code that allows them to remove their submission from the gallery later if they wish.
The project was built with Claude Code on my design over the course of a couple months. It originally started as a part of my personal site, but I expanded it to its own domain once I saw how much visitors engaged with the idea. The goal was to make a simple tool that makes drawing approachable, and one that can run well on any device.
I'll be in the thread to answer any questions or read feedback. Thanks for checking out my little site.
