Data Centers Were on the Ballot Across the US, and They Lost. What Comes Next?

In my opinion, what will happen is 2 logical things. They will expands the centers that they already have and retire older stuff faster OR would replace them with more energy efficient varieties. Next is that they would try to bamboozle other countries to installing new data centers. What is ongoing will probably get modified before installation.
