Hi HN, I'm Jeroen, and I built PlanFinder, which generates single-floor apartment layouts. You pick an outline, entrance, and walls that get daylight, and it generates layouts which you can edit.

It's using a custom discrete diffusion model, trained on mostly European floor plans. Plans can afterwards be filtered on hard constraints like minimal area, or minimum width of a space.
