> Air travel and airspace are changing

What about air travel and airspace are changing? Are we doing this because of commercial delivery drones or are drones going to do something else too in this airspace?

The text in the website talks about as if the whole thing is to accommodate the next evolution of air travel but all the images and most of the content seem to be about drones.

And the naming of the project, put together with the imagery makes me think the idea is let's deploy drones that are all around to monitor things.

> let's deploy drones that are all around

It already happened.

Tldr: Drones armed with pepper spray and such flying around schools and colleges, for the purposes of active shooter prevention, assault prevention, etc,.

Personally, can't wait for when it inevitably bazookas a student playfully pushing another student down onto the department lawn.

MOSAIC wouldn't really have the kind of impact that calls for something called System-Wide Safety Project.
