both crashes in Slovakia were caused by human error, lack of ETCS and decades old non-maintained infrastructure doesnt help as well (at least at one of the crashes)

I wouldn't spread conspiracy theories without more information. It has rained really a lot and maintenance of railways are long overdue in Spain and especially Catalonia
