The browser has quietly become the most underrated runtime. A year ago this would have needed a desktop app and a beefy GPU. Now it just needs a tab.

How is it underrated when it is heavily used for literally anything, even when it makes no sense to be used?

I'd say it is actually overrated.

P.S. This running on your browser doesn't change its computational needs of the work done locally on your side. So, if it runs, either you have a beefy GPU or it doesn't actually need one.

This is neat but the filters are worse than useless. Why collect so much information just to make it look worse for no reason?
