I know, we have tons of OSS web analytics already, but I just wanted to try if I could build mine with SQLite and test its limits. That's Fusionaly, SQLite and a Go binary, that runs in a $5 server. It can handle pretty decent traffic.

I watched the demo and really liked the AI component. Most of the other features are already available for free in many similar analytics tools. You might want to focus more on the AI aspect and position that as the core USP.
