It's actually just a new quickish app (quickish is my service, try it out! popflame.quickish.space/flipboards) hosted app built off the hacker news one I had built last week. Except now anyone can create a board and share it (free).
You can even have something send an API request to it to change the content if you'd like. It's open source: you can click remix on the bottom right, then go to quickish.website/app and when you go to that page in the control panel you will find Versions and the ability to download the MIT licensed code. I am working to provide Git URLs for all quickish sites as well.
Check it out, let me know what you think and have fun!
