6 Months ago I soft launched https://mavr.app/, an IOS companion app for any endurance athletes nutrition.
Over the 6 month period we valid some of our key features: 1) Gut training during training your training block, making sure you can handle the carbs during your race 2) Performance focused meal planning. Making sure you can get everything our of your key sessions and recovery optimal 3) Race aware fueling plans. Making sure your fueling plan is efficient and planned specifically for your race course with our 1k+ race course library.
We've been aiming for a slow takeoff, so we still had room to tweak the app together with some top athletes in their sport.
In the meantime 30+ athletes completed a race with Mavr. All reporting a 20-30% performance gain during their training block and around an 8-15% gain during their race.
