I’ve subscribed to Max Plan, but I find myself in this situation way too often. How can I file a complaint and get compensation? Or should I just accept it as if it were a natural disaster?

It's back but my usage just shot up from like 65% to 100%. Wow. Is this normal? I'm going to miss the double usage off peak hours period.

Anthropic really needs to focus on reliability. The high quality of their models unfortunately cannot make up for the unreliability. Like an inconsistent friend or employee, you eventually stop checking to see if they're available and just default to options that are.

We need to at least ensure stability for some users and either accept additional Max Plan customers or something. I think that’s what the waiting list feature was for. It’s really disappointing.

That’s an interesting idea. Let’s have them use Opus 4.6 or later versions, or even more advanced AI, just like loot boxes or gacha mechanics. (Laughs)
