Will my landlord accept these 'compute tokens' as payment if I can't pay my rent in actual cash thanks to AI taking jobs away?

Gifting credits to a prospect, a new hire, or an enterprise running a POC is like giving away productive capacity with an obfuscated dollar value attached - hidden behind a credit.

Would a secondary or tertiary market be possible for these compute tokens? Maybe some type of token exchange too. Where you can sell your compute tokens or exchange them for some tokens you prefer more. Could this also open up futures contracts. Basically you could bid for future computing needs. Or even ensure that price you get in future will be set. So many possibilities...
