I cringe whenever I see a command
cat ANYTHING | sh
Do people actually read that ANYTHING?
And I never paste into the terminal that I can recall.
Tip: If you need to cd to a directory in the terminal, the "normal" procedure, I suppose is to type in "cd" and then drag an icon of the desired folder into the terminal window. Unless the folder's icon is in the sidebar or otherwise visible, this involves some "wagging" of the icon in its finder toolbar, something I find annoying.
A utility that I used to use to help in this regard disappeared, but a new one showed up to take its place.
