After researching homes and properties in New York, I realized it's very difficult to find unified data on neighborhood safety, cleanliness, or the quality of walks during the day or night. So I built an app that quickly scores how nice an area is and how safe or pleasant a walk between two points in Manhattan is. Hopefully, it will be helpful to many others. Cheers.
