New Bit Cloud: Deploy front ends, back ends, and databases as one system

Ran here, founder of Bit Cloud.

A product is rarely one deployable — a couple of frontends, a service or two, a database, UI shared between them. Everywhere else those deploy separately, and keeping them connected and working is on you. Bit deploys them at once: it knows what depends on what, so a change to something shared rebuilds and re-tests everything using it across services, and the affected apps go out together on one domain.

Same path whether a person or an agent made the change. Claude and Codex connect over MCP and get the same tools we do, including which components their change broke and the errors.

Limits: JavaScript/TypeScript only, and opinionated defaults for build, test and release that you can swap. No architecture requirements, no rewrite — put one app on it and leave the rest alone.

Bit is open source; We run all of our products and services on Bit Cloud including our platform, websites and internal tooling. Happy to answer anything, including what doesn't work yet.
