It is unfortunate that I must speak like this, but it will fascinating to see how accurate predictions like this will be.
What if it is 10 times this? I worry that as drastic an event that would be ignored in short order, the same way the excess deaths in 2020 where. Maybe it will be 10 times less. 45,000 people is still lots but certainly a better out come.
Stepping back further, not just because of this but also the blow back from a war moving into war mode, I do think that 2027 is going to be a fairly rough year in general. The era of a stable global order is crumbling and the further it goes the harder it will be to bring it back IF we can bring it back.
