Here in Melbourne I am seeing data-centers going up rapidly. Not uncommon to see the providers names splashed on the side of the cranes as they are being constructed.

That said, my favorite is the NextDC NE1. A tiny 1MW in the middle of nowhere, check out the map location on this thing.
