There is a small paragraph about a CEO both moving to slow and to fast with AI at the same time. I can't help but laugh when reading that description, I feel like it's something I see and hear about daily, but I've never quite been able to characterize it.
To slow, using AI to make all sorts of prototypes but none actually the ones needed, and too fast outsourcing code reviews to more AI, blasting in with a 60k line PR. Meanwhile the CTO is striving for a balance that will never come.
