After Karpathy's HackerTube, I wanted the same thing for blogs. I had agents went through every link in HN stories and comments, about 10.7M links from 518k accounts. It kept the sites that at least 15 different people shared, then filtered out news sites, company sites and the like.

Each blog page shows its most-shared posts, what HN said about it, and blogs that the same people also share. You can follow blogs and export them as OPML for your RSS reader.

built it in Orbs with AmpCode. The full dataset is on the About page if you want to make your own version.
