The idea of getting a brain cleaning like this sounds so appealing to me

There's an animated visual pattern that induces this cerebrospinal fluid flow: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41942775

I've found it helpful for getting rid of the frazzled feeling after a sleepless night.

I think cardio exercise does the same thing.

Long-term physical exercise facilitates putative glymphatic and meningeal lymphatic vessel flow in humans: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11982307/

This is obvious since undertranscribed CRHR2 region means undertranscribed AQP1 to trigger cellular glymphatic release, as well as undertranscribed INMT to trigger DMT-class dreaming and neuroflexibility.

Eventuakly this downregulates the pseudoautosomal region and xq28, including melatonin-ptoducing ASMT/ASMTL, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-regulating AVPR2, neuroimmune and inflammation regulating IL3R and IL9R, and more.

Alzheimer's and BRCA-mediated breast cancers share triggers because BRCA1 (breast cancer associated 1) is in the same region and CRHR1 (corticotropin rlreasing hormone receptor 1) and MAPT (tau protein)

Am I missing the takeaway or is this slop?
